About Us

 

The office address of National Human Rights Community of India was established and constituted at BidhanPally, of Kanaipur outpost of Uttarpara Police Station, Hooghly in West Bengal. This was the 2nd “Letter Receiving Office” of India which is named as “JANANI”. On 10th Dec. 2013 the land was firstly inaugurated by the Former Hon’ble District Judge at Maldah Dr. Alok Kumar Mukherjee. The Building was newly setup in January 2016 and that time Former Hon’ble Justice of Supreme Court Mr. Cyriac Joseph was the acting Chairperson of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) & Retired DG of West Bengal Mr. Naparajit Mukherjee (IPS) was the acting Chairman of West Bengal Human Rights Commission (WBHRC). Our organisation registered by deed of trust also empanelled under NITI AAYOG, Govt of India. This is not part of The National Human Rights Commission.

From February 2016 Mr. Sasanka Sekhar Bera is working as the Hon’ble Chairman of National Human Rights Community of India and Hon’ble Presiding Judge (H.R.Debate) Mr. Saumen Das took the responsibility of All India General Secretary. At the same time Mr. Priyajit Khan is appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Administration Division of National Human Rights Community of India. At first the General Secretary Shree Saumen Das established a Women Cell. Miss. Nayana Ghoshal was appointed as Joint Secretary. For the first time in India “The Women Protection Help Line” is started by National Human Rights Community of India only. No others Human Rights organisation and any State Human Rights Commission has created such a help line for Women Protection. From 2003 Mr. Saumen Das participated in many Human Rights organisation and delivered his valuable speech in meeting. From then he also made people conscious about the human rights. There is Registered office of National Human Rights Community of India in Andul-Purbapara, Sankrail Police Station, Howrah in West Bengal, as Present & Communicative address.

National Human Rights Community of India has been developing their office and set up new working office all over the district of West Bengal, as well as all over India. As per rules and regulation nobody can get membership from National Human Rights Commission & any Human Rights Commission, But National Human Rights Community of India can give the membership to any individual and it is done by a proper amount by Cheque, DD or other Banking system. After deposit membership with donation amount is not refundable. National Human Rights Community of India provides membership form to spread the social awareness of the citizen of India. 
Any member of National Human Rights Community of India cannot use “NHRCI” name plate or NHRCI sticker their two wheeler or four wheeler without the permission of National Human Rights Community of India. Without permission it would be treated as illegal, and in this case the police or administrative department can take strong action against such members as per law. National Human Rights Community of India will not be responsible for the same. The members who want to use “National Human Rights Community of India” name plate or sticker they must keep the proper document of permission with them. Only designation holders of National Human Rights Community of India can use “NHRCI” name plate with name and designation.

The National Human Rights Community of India Designation holders who can use his/her Designation & name plate in their official and personal car are as follows -


1. Chairman.
2. Vice-Chairman.
3. General Secretary & Asst. General Secretary.
4. Principal Secretary.
5. Treasurer & Joint Treasurer.


According to Shree Saumen Das the General Secretary of National Human Rights Community of India the activities like Human Rights Protection, promote human rights, It has been developing in our National anthem, Environment Protection, RTI camps, to prepare case studies on the rising custodial killing, deaths, to work and fight for security of every citizen from police atrocities, Health of prisoners in Jail. Besides our motto is to protect women, children, minority, deprived and handicapped person, child labour, child marriage, natural disaster. And we provide Scholarship to the needy students, Vocation Training, Create awareness for health, establish various School & Colleges, Human Rights education in Secondary standard, Blood Donation Camp, Eye check up camp. Human rights awareness workshop will be held in Govt. & Non-Govt. School and College all over India With a press conference and the presence of media Mr. Saumen Das the General Secretary announced the above matter.
